4th Grade Leaves Project
Fourth
grade students raked leaves as a community service project. At
Northside, students are encouraged to not just tell others about
God's love but also show God's love by performing acts of service.
The fourth grade students raked leaves after school for a senior
couple.

Elementary
Chapel at NCA
In
chapel, students use their musical abilities to glorify God, study
Biblical truths, and receive awards for academic and character
achievements. We begin chapel by saying the pledges to the American
flag, the Christian flag and the Bible. In lower elementary chapel,
Mr. Pauley leads the students in songs to praise the Lord. In upper
elementary chapel, Mr. Leeke and Mrs. Nall coach the students in
leading their own worship music. Sometimes we are blessed by special
songs from the elementary choir, band or a soloist. Each
week
a pastor from Northside Baptist Church or a parent volunteer,
teaches a Bible lesson to the students. If you are listening really
well, you may be picked to assist the speaker with an object lesson.
Awards are often given out in chapel for honor roll, principal's
list, birthdays and Christian character. Chapel gives elementary
students a great time to get together and worship God and celebrate
accomplishments.
